Hmm.. fans... - 09.11.2010, 06:30 PM

Well, since my 3 fans have been fried the last time my BEC went out, looking for some new ones!

And yes, I do believe they are quite mandatory (Brian..)
Was running the truck without a body, plenty of airflow, and the MM was quite hot after about 5 minutes of just running in the shade.. (so no direct sunlight..)
Too hot to the touch, I'd say roughly 120+ or something.
Not sure.

Anyways, looking for some fans, my fans before were smaller 25mm Novak Fans that were like $5 a pop.

I found the allelectronics link, and had ordered about 5 of the 30mm 5VDC fans but was canceled as they sold out.

So I did a bit more searching, for a 5VDC (Planning on running two off my Aux port on my SR3000..with a parallel harness) 30mm fan.

Found this link:
http://www.google.com/products?hl=en...+fan&scoring=p

Looks like a cent a pop (I highly doubt it's legit, but it's worth a try..), but not sure which to choose from.
Not exactly the shiniest tool in the toolbox, so asking the world!

Looking for the most efficient, most cooling, and noise doesn't matter.

Any suggestions?
