someone to help turn 3s into 2s pack

I have a 3s 5000 lipo that has 1 cell that is starting to swell slightly. I am unable to solder due to my non functioning hands. I'm looking for a trustworthy person to remove the cell and make a 2s pack for me so I can run 5s in my MAXX. I would ship it in my lipo sack for safetyeventhough the cell is not swollen much.

Its a nanotec lipo and they dont make 2s 5000 45-90c packs or I would just order one
