What is a good power supply for a charger

I'm planning to purchase a power supply. Looking for something around $50 with input 110-220V and 12-13.8v out put, 20-30 amp. I'm looking at meanwell power supplies line. Are they good?

There's a whole thread dedicated to the subject, I believe it was called something like "40 amp power supply for under $50", just search for "power supply" in thread titles... I'm sure you'll find it :-)
