The 9xl on 14 cells runs pretty nicely. It is not a speed demon or as powerful as 18 cells but will smoke the stock titans.

Peace!

I like reliability in my setups. Kinda like to keeap them around for a bit, I get mid 30's on 14 and 9xl, not really interested in top speed except on the 150ft straight on the track. I rather clear the jumps with short acceleration and be consistant on track

Work because i gotta, play because i wanna

People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

It's got twice the torque of my old 9L in my Savage on 14 cells, goes maybe 5 mph less but isn't noticable at all because it gets there much faster.

Interesting. I've been considering a 7XL to replace my 10L...sounds like it will do the job. 4S LiPo. Race only, no bashing.

MacII, for 4S i would recommend something like a 9XL. It will do great. I run a 10XL on 14 cells and its to much for a track even as large as mine is. 4S will be very nice on a 9XL.

I could not imagine how cool a 10XL runs, my 18.97 is 140f on a bk8xl and my hacker is 120f on a 540c 9xl
