32p 1/8" pinions? - 06.05.2006, 01:55 PM

When will these be back in?

I'm suck of the shaft on my RS4MT bending or something and taking teeth off my spur, so i'm going to 32 pitch

When will these pinions be back in stock?

Thanks

- Tom

I emailed Mike about the 1/8" Mod1 pinions and he said they should be in in a week or so. So maybe it's the same deal for the 32p.

I'm building a bl RS4 Nitro MT so I'm curious, can you explain the problems you're having with yours? Is it an electric RS4 or converted Nitro RS4 MT? What spur are you using to go 32p?

I think he gets the 32 p from another supplier. They may be back in anytime.

Mine is the electric one.

For one reason or another, the spur gear can move around, so even when perfectly meshed, when you accelerate hard (easy to do with the Lehner) the gears jump and it chews the teeth off the gear

I'm pretty sure an RC10GT spur will work - i'm going to get one to try :)
