dual 3s 8000mah lipo's since it's what i have right now
NOT sure of motor/esc combo...but obviously needs to be hi amp

I think a 10XL with a 9920 would be a great choice.

A 10XL on a Quark 125B would be awesome too!

The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL

9xl or 10xl would be nice. If you going revo I am not sure if the diffs are going to take the power of a xl motor on 6s lipo. Esc the mgm quark or 9920 will work for the money I think the quark may be the stuff.

I would go for some GTR shocks, the carbon fiber G2R chassis and some Crimes on Walbash rims with Daces adapters.

Please report back on motor temps when you get that machine running.
I am curious how hot the 9xl will get on 6s.
I want to try a 9XL on 5s.

I ran a 9xl on 20 cells. It got warm but you could touch it for a few seconds. If it would have got hotter I would have put a temp gun on it. It won't real warm out side when ran it. So on a hot day the 9xl may over heat on 20. I didn't have problem with 18 cells. Usually run in the 130 to 140 f range. Unless really running the crap out of it.
