hey guys,

anyone?....looking to not have to change out any other part cept the hexes....is there anything like that out there?..

thanks in advance guys!!!

Ofna makes some that are actual 1/8 buggy hubs, so use that type of wheel nut. Maximizer makes some that are just larger maxx style hexes, and you use a washer under your stock wheel nuts to hold them on. I have the Ofna ones and they work fine. I dont think I would like having to put a washer under my wheel nuts every time I unbolt/ rebolt the wheels, but the maximizers do have the advantage of using an actual lock nut (the stock ones). The ofna wheel nuts dont have the nylon lock part, so you have to really crank them down to keep them from coming loose. Theyve never come loose on me, but I could see how it would be very possible. The Ofna parts only replace the hexes, and I assume the maximizers do to.

Yea, the Ofna are just like the Prolines except that they have a setscrew to hold the pin in I believe and that work for the 6mm axles. Most 17mm hexes are for 8mm axles like on most truggies and almost all buggies...
