I need to find some carbon fiber...I need some CF angle about 5mm thick...I know I have seen some not long ago, but can't seem to find it anymore....

The place that should have it is Graphite Elegance.
Their site has been down for a while, though.

There are other materials that would work. Like 8542K11 (3/16" thick fiberglass with 1 1/2" long legs) from McMaster-Carr.

another suggestion is you can make a mold of the shape you want..and then lay fiberglass over it to strengthen it....then your design possibilities are only limited to your imigination or capabilities
