You should destroy them. :027: But it also depends how good you and the other drivers are. Good luck though. Try to get some pictures of all of them together or a video.

C-50( a Hacker motor) is the same as the L can motors( it's an 8L, I guess). That's the C-50 Maxx. It has a built in heatsink with 1/8" shaft. Other C50s come with 5mm shafts and they are available in XL can as well. I think the one he'll use is a 9XL C50. Check his sig..:)
I guess you know that already?

Should be fast enough, just wanted to ask. wasn't sure how it compared to XL's (where all my experience lies)

I will be using my hacker c50maxx equivalent to 8L can,I do have a hacker 9XL but not enough speed for me on the track using my 4s lipo,my revo is begging for more top end speed.I had thermal problems with my quark geared 16/72 on stock revo diffs using Gorillamaxx single speed tranny, I bought Mike's buggy version hybrid diffs but i haven't had the chance to install it.I got the top end and speed I'm looking for my C50 on te track but it is thermalling so i put the RCM heatsink and a fan that I bought from here.I will be gearing it down to 13/72 and I hope I will not have any problems with heat anymore.I will be testing it on the track tommorrow. What do you guys think?I will post some pics of the set up later.

Good luck!
Your modifications seem okay so far.
What is the difference between the Quark and the MGM16024 in terms of smoothness and operation from your own point of view?

How much do you like the MGM?

Personally I like the quark more in terms of "smooth responsiveness" but gets heat up easier compared to the MGM but with heat sinks it should do fine.I like them both in my point of view but for racing i like the quark more
