Well, I just got out of the E.R. I got 16 stitches and a fractured ankle. I was rammed by a 14 year old who was trying out his very first RC car, a 3.3 Jato! Parents, please, start your kids with something more suitable. And also, don't wash pain meds down with a beer. I'm still in a fog.

Yeah, Mike. I'll be okay. My wife is a nurse and can handle wound care. She still chewed me out for my stupid hobby. Last year it was a piece of carbon blade in my arm from one of my RC helicopters crashing. Anybody else get hurt from an RC incident? Or am I the only klutzy loser?

OUCH! That sounds seriously painful.

and a heli rotor in the arm? Yikes!

I feel bad for you. :002:

Not to sound insensitive but you need to learn to jump quicker!...there will always be noob in this sport and many lack the driving skills to handle ANYTHING over 25mph. My 12 yr old stepson included.

Best wishes for a speedy & complete recovery! :027:

Well, I can't say too much. I hit Mandie a couple of weekends ago pretty good. Broke my RPM bumper on my 3.3 Jato. She got hurt pretty bad, no stitches though, but one hell of an egg on her leg! She still has a brown patch there by her ankle! hope you heel good man!

I hae ran into myself as well, a car was coming down the street and of course my eye was on my truck and had to turn into myself or get it ran over!

The chit hurts man!!! Real bad. Came limping in the house and Mandie looked at me and said..."hit your self again? You need to learn how to drive dude!" And of course, I had an excuse! LOL
