Help: Mamba won't plug into computer

I installed the program and plug the esc usb cable into the computer. The computer speakers beep (windows xp) to let me know that it is connected but nothing else happens. I open the castlelink program and it won't let me do nothing. Just comes up saying 'no controller or invaild controller'. What is wrong? :019:

I don't really know, but is there a certain order you have to plug it in?

You should do a search. This problem has been addresses by a few here on the forums.
