vantage racing front oneway

i was thinking about installing a front oneway in my g3r and was wondering if any of you have used these or could explain the benifit, also i will probably need a new rear drive shaft , or maybe need a custom length for the front, idk just wondering if it is worth the effort and what kind of performance i would gain on track, thanks for any help
