Since we are on the topic. Are there really any noticeable differences between the Traxxas wing mount, JC wing mount and Tekno wing mount? Even the prices are fairly close. I was wondering the same thing about the Tekno sway bar kit and Traxxas sway bar kit as well... they seem exactly the same. Do you think there will be any noticeable advantages of one of the other?

Personally, I like the Traxxas Exo-Carbon wing, but the JConcepts wing mount looks much better. No matter what, I would go with the JConcepts or Traxxas over the Tekno. I think hte JConcepts wing mount would be heavier duty with the aluminum braces.

As far as the sway bar kits go, I'm not really sure, but I do like the fact that the Traxxas is designed slightly different on the back and would make it easier to work on, but I like the fact that the Tekno kit has 3 different stiffness of bars...

The Tekno wing mount is amazingly strong... I wouldn't put that off the list of contenders.

I agree Serum.

I'd try the JConc, comes with a nice wing too. And order a JConc body along with it!

Well I just bought a revo and comes with a jc body so I guess that answers my question on which wing I'm going to run.

The traxxas wing mount looks rigid, and it looks like it will easily mount to the body mount. The exo-carbon looks trick as well. Plus, if it comes Traxxas, you can't go wrong with it.

The Tekno is solid, but as mentioned, its bulky and weighs a lot. The nice thing about it is that it mounts with no drilling.

Correct me if I'm wrong, are JC bodies thinner than Pro-Line bodies? This is what I have heard... mainly because the JC bodies are more for racing. Is this right, or did I hear wrong? I just want a wing mount that is very strong for bashing and will keep my Revo stable at high speeds. I don't think I'm asking for too much. Do you guys still think the JC wing mount will be the best for this application?

From its specifications, it appears that the JC bodies are thinner. But, I've seen the bodies and compared them to Proline. You won't be able to tell the difference in thickness. They're just as strong if not stronger than the Prolines.
