hello everyone,i just wanna ask which truggy is the easiest to convert to brushless,ive had my emaxx for a couple of years now and thinking about getting a new truck,i was considering getting the new one but decided to go the truggy direction.im not very skilled in fabrication so i prefer one that has a conversion kit.better yet,are any of your truggys for sale.i prefer kit only.thanks

Looks like mike has a couple of kits that would fit your needs (especially since he is now selling battery trays)...maybe the RC8 or the Xray Truggy?

I am in the finishing stages of building my Jammin CRT...it was easy...but I had to use a dremel and cut-off wheel to cut the servo plate. I think Mike's RC8 and XT8 kits come with new servo plates...and probably wouldn't require anything more than assembling like a normal kit.

Battery mounting is the most difficult part.

Cornolio, if you would like, I could build it for you. I love converting em. :) I have most any tool at my disposal, so its not terribly difficult for me.

thanks for the replies.

i was thinking of getting an lsp pro.there are a lot of rollers available at very reasonable prices.is it easy to convert?i know i will need motor mounts,what else am i going to need.i also have 2 lipos 7.4v that i can use.will i use the same spur,clutch from stock?if u guys could provide me links for lsp builds i would apprecite it a lot.ive been searching but only found 2 with not much details

squee.do you have a roller youre not using that doesnt need any more conversions?id be interested.BTW i used to live in the philippines but moved to california

Unfortunately no, I don't. All I have now is my Bomb-proof Products LSP and my E-Revo. Oh, and I'm building a E-Maxx with a BPP Racebomb chassis.

I think the LSP would be a GREAT way to go. There are a TON of mods you can do to it to make it hang with the Mugens and Xrays.

For a truggy conversion, the LSP specifically you'll need:

Kyosho plastic spur
batter mount
motor/esc combo
motor mount
UBEC

Thats the majority of the stuff you'll need. You already have the batteries...

Mines actually not a homemade conversion. Its more comparable to the Gorillamaxx G2/G3R chassis as compared to a standard Revo conversion. This is the chassis. Except mines CF. They only never made it to production. Pretty much a prototype. Only made a few. They were gonna go with the design, but the cost was to great (~$1000 for rolling chassis).
