G-maxx and Novak cooling fan - 01.13.2006, 02:53 PM

Hi

I am just installing my new G-maxx chasis, and now I have a small problem.

I am currently running the HV-maxx brushless system with the novak cooling fan.

The screws that are with the chasis are too short to reach the chasis, if I want to reinstall the cooling fan.

Does anybody know a different way to install the fan, or do I simply need to buy some longer screws?

Greetings
Jesper

try longer screws. that is probably the best thing to do and the only other thing i can think of is to ziptie it which doesnt look to clean.

by longer screws(thats what i had to do with my HV-Maxx)
i did use zipties for a few runs because my local hobbyshop wasnt open. so if your not very patient like me you can use zipties but like squee said they dont look very clean
