Will this work..Mamba + Ofna Ultra GTP - 01.12.2008, 11:57 PM

I am looking to convert a Ofna GTP to brushless and I would like to know if ths car is too much for a Mamba 7700.

way too much for that motor overheats in 1/10th stadiums...run an mm and an xl size motor to get better results...if you did get it work it'd have to be drastically geared low for torque

Way toooooo much motor KV, get a fiegao XL or better if you can afford it. I'd say a 8or9XL and 4S lipo.


If I could only draw what I see in my head, then afford to build it, and finaly get to play with it...

What kit did you use to mount the motor? I have an early GTP (LX) and I want to convert..

I am working on a Kevlar custom one. With the research, I haven't seen one that fits it. I compared part numbers and emailed Ofna and the parts for the GTP fit that kit only.
