I found a reference on a german website stating that those trucks are prototypes from a guy called Martin Mueller. A kit could be released. They were flown at the Indoor Fest in Prague on 19.- 20. January 2008.

Search for "truck" and you'll find them.
Creative stuff, but you will need some flying skills.
