5s lipo you mean?

I would suggest the SPC lipos, or Zippy lipos from hobby city if you are after something similar to the TrueRc lipos.

Bear in mind though, 8000mah packs are made from 2x 4000mah packs in parallel, so a 5s 8000mah lipo will be absolutely huge; I'd say look at a quality 5s 5000mah pack, which really leaves you with Zippy or Neu Energy:

Better yet, look at mine and Jordan's builds for a visual reference; I use 2x 5s 4000mah zippy lipos on my truck, he uses 2x 5s 5000mah neu energy lipos- they take up both sides of the gorillamaxx chassis, so you wont fit them on a conversion terribly easily...

S = series, the number of cells wired in series.
C = continuous discharge rating, a multiple of the capacity in amps.

Parallel doubles the mah, and keeps the voltage the same, therefore you get double the run time, but also double the weight and size of battery onboard the truck.

If you want to convert a revo, you wont be able to use an MM unless its a rather old one, and even then, its dodgy to run it as 5s when its rated for 3s, or 4s with some mods.

I'd say for best results stick to a 4s 15c 8000mah lipo fomr SPC, or a 4s 20-30c 5000mah lipo from hobbycity; the 1515 1y will be fine on 4s lipo, 5s will be too much for racing (I think many places put a 4s limit on you anyway?).

all you need is this LINK just plug the 2 lipos on the dual end and the single end to the ESC and you are good to go.... but that would make your 2s 4000's into a 2s 8000. If you want a 4s 4000 you need to series them with this LINK
