best wishes Mike. Not only for today, but for many more ahead of you. yea the physical side does not really start hitting you until you cross the 45 to 50 mark. Then you start to feel it and see things that tell you that you might want to back it down a little bit. But until then run full bore and have a ball. happy days Mike.

I am reasonably fit and physically strong still - probably above average for my age, but I definitely feel it more than I used to the next day(actually couple days)! I have had some "need to back it down" moments a few times in the last few years, but I do my best to stay fit, eat healthy and pay attention to the actions now as they relate my later years(want to remain mobile and self-sustaining deep into the retirement years). Thanks everyone for the sentiments. :)
