I actually was thinking about converting one at the time right before I got my CRT.5. I ended up getting a conversion for free, so I never did go through with building one of these. I have looked for one as well and have never seen someone convert it...
 Maybe you will be the first?

Looking at the chassis, It would be hard to find a place for a big lipo (4s+) I think my lehner basic XL 1200/5s 2500 25c combo might be good in one. Runs stone cold on a GT conversion
People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise |
