Unless it's to do with the forum it's probably best to contact castle direct. I don't know the situation so it's only a suggestion. The forum isn't a guaranteed method of support.

This is one of these thing's I want Patrick to see and deal for me and not someone else at castle so I know it will be dealt with propperly.
