A few pictures of finnished E-Revo - 09.01.2008, 02:09 PM

The air box seems to be very effective. Fan only draws .18 amps and pulls air through the foam filters very well(used the smoke test)

Nice truck.....very innovative on the cooling box......but why a rx pack.....you could lose the weight by using a UBEC.....such as the Sport ubec from dimension engineering....

I heard a few stories about ubec failures and got spooked. I have the CC one still in the package but since I run a single Hitec 5995 titanium and the proline alloy arm on one side, I figured the battery would be nearly balanced out. Is the demension engineering one considered more bullet proof and where can I find them. I'm building an E-Slayer next and need to make some decisions. Nver mind on where, I just saw the link, thanks.

That looks like an excellent company, I wish I would have known about them 2 weeks ago. I'd like to prompt them into making some killer esc's...I'd bet they would do it right. Thanks again!

It will draw smoke off of a cigarette at 3 to 4 inches and all the openings have filter grade foam stuffed in but it only draws .18 amps and I got a 31 min run time in grass. The g10 plates will also serve as a roll bar when I install the single motor plate and it also stiffens up the plastic chassis in the center. I had a non stop 31 minutes freak out bash session with GRP Grips in grass in 85 degree heat with many roll overs wheel stands and other various stupidity, no failures no missing foam no breakage and every thing was between 115 and 117. It was the first time I have run it to voltage cut off. The fan is light, the box is light and every thing inside was sqeaky clean. Not bad for a 1512 2d/f neu on an MM with 4s(twin maxamps 5000's)

Wow, unless that E-REVO sticker was on the 1st picture I wouldn't of guessed it was a E-REVO. Looks great, top job

Thanks for the props guys. The body is a proline cp for the Mugen truggy. I keep a set of the proline revo/tmaxx extended body post around and it let me raise the body two holes up to clear the box and the front ones have a much smaller perch below the body clip and that lets the hearvy curve of the mugen body to sit low enough to let the clip in. Is Brian G, the no fan guy? I'm sure he will hate this truck. Me new E-Slayer project will be stretching the limits of another MM and the fan box will be refined some more.
