I ran my electric buggy for the first time today on the track. What kind of temps. on the esc. am I looking for? i ran it for almost 20 mins. strait and it didn't get any higher than 165. Is that about right?

Thats not bad for a 20 minute run well within the acceptable range IMO

You could put a 25x25MM fan on it.You will get more life from the MM if you can keep it running around 110 to 130.A cheap 25x25 fan can be found at towerhobbies,just type in c22479 they cost 5.69

i think he has a fan on it, the mm will thermal easily with out a fan

yes it has a clear novak fan that came off of a GTB.

how hot was the batt's and the motor when the esc was 165?

Motor was about 120 and the batteries around 110 to 120.

I forgot to say anything when I talked to you guys earlier but,I added a novak capacitor to mine,if you don't have one added it should help lower temps a little bit
