hemiblas:i dont have a gps but my rough estimate would be around 40

tdc57:thanks.i read on another thread that youre running 18/46,im running 46 spur and 13/14 pinion.im happy with the speed,in fact i prefer running 13t on the track.but i noticed my motor temps increasing as of late.do you think those temps are because of my gearing?i started with 15T with this truck and constantly changed gearing.i dont have my 15t anymore coz i felt comfortable with 13t and 14t.im usually temping at 165 motor,120 esc,120lipo as of late.are you having much better temps?thanks in advance

Wow that’s the kind of gearing I run in my buggies, that must be insane in a Truggy on 5s.. You’ll defiantly womp me off the line with that gearing but I think I might be able to take at full speed.

You are and will defiantly run hotter than me (hands down) with that low of gearing. What are your temps after 15 minutes of bashing Mine are between 140 and 154, I never really got any hotter than 157..

Also what weight oil are you running in your diffs (front / rear and center) ?, I'm using 6,000 in the front, 30,000 in the center and 4,000 in the rears. I keep moving it around in small segments looking for just the rite combo..

Hope that helps, have a great one Sir and I’ll see you at the October bash…. You, Rschoi_75 and I will be going “head-to-head-to head” for future bashing rights LOL.LOL I'm totally looking forward too it..
Shaun.
