Are they at all suitable for HV rc use? Like in 2p? maybe a 50v setup?

why would you want to go that high? seems to me that the weight and size of 32 of these cells would be pointless. especially at only 2800 mah

These are flashlight batteries, streamlight use them IIRC. Not rechargeable....

~265HP peak and ~150-160lbs. Now that is a battery pack... The charger probably costs just as much as the cells do!
