Dad is doing the Christmas shopping! - 12.17.2008, 05:41 AM

Yes that means the Kids will have great Christmas and MOM will be pissed! () it’s the best of both worlds!..

OK am I the only one here who hasn’t stated shopping yet or what? I'm just curious to see if I'm a dying breed.

For some reason I wait until the last weekend and knock it all in one (stressful day!) and I was wondering if I'm the only one??

And

Are you getting one big present or several small one’s I’ve been debaiting this and I'm still not sure which way to go??? Any thoughts / what are doing??

As always thank you so much for your time and have a great Hump day team..

Nothing!.. Hahahahaaa..

We are doing 1 present (pretty much) for each kid (3). 1 a xbox 360, 1 a Wii and 1 some ipod touch thing..plus some games and a itunes crud for their stockings. Previous years we did the 10 gifts and giant unwrapping ceremony but the economy being turd we just went 1 gift of your choice

I've already got my christmas presents. I got a HS-5645MG servo from Mom and $200 to spend any way I want at the LHS. (New lipos!)
I'll be going today to pick some out.

Geez, you guys are spoiled.

In my day, I'd be lucky on Christmas morning if the lump of coal didn't fall through the holes in my stocking.

Shaun.... can I be your son for a day? I promise to do my chores...

I'm still in the old school. I haven't even started shopping yet. Black friday... what's that? Thankfully my family has an agreement not to buy anything for each other this year. Instead, we are only buying presents for my brother's two kids (2 year old girl & 4 month old boy), and we're going to spoil them rotten. Kids are so much more fun to shop for anyways! Do you guys think 4 months is too early for r/c???

There's two sides to every schwartz, he got the up side and I got the down side.
