40 series tires for truggies, suitable? - 02.17.2009, 10:01 AM

I want to know how do you think about a truggy with 40 series tires such as Proline Moab for bashing.
Will it cause problems to the drivetrain? Is it wroth doing this?

^^^ sweet avitar.I think Clint could take Chuck Norris. I have those on my maxx and can say they do not hook up as good as they look like they would, and are tough on parts. Very heavy. They look cool though. I do run them alot. Not sure I would use them on a truggy, but you could. You would have to gear way down. They are big.

I was rocking a pair of Axial rims with Proline Mulcher 40s on my 8ight last weekend for bashing.. Snapped a rear CVD, but still tons of fun!
