It is amazing at how popular 1/8 electric has become. It seems every month some one is coming out w/new products. More choices for us hopefully will translate into great products at good prices!

1. MBX-6 T8 1900KV, RX8 ON 4S
2. MBX-5T 1520, MMM ON 5S
3. MBX-5 ONROAD CONVERSION 1515, MMM ON 5S
4. MRX-3 ON ROAD CONVERSION 1512, MMM ON 6S
5. TEN T 2650 T8, MMP ON 3S

More info will be available soon. These motors will be available to dealers (i.e. RC-Monster :) so they should be readily available once they release. MSRP of $179.99 is likely.

Perhaps more kv's will be added as time goes on, but 1500 (6s), 1800 (5s) and 2200 (4s) covers all of the common racing setups. It is expensive to add winds so we are starting with what we know works. All of the Tekno drivers were using these at Silver State and Nitro Pit Challenge this year (Drew Moller, Rhonda Skelton, Chad Bradly, Zac Burnside, Ryan Hughes) with great results. They have held up as good as any motor we've tested over the years, run cool, fast and efficient.

They are for buggies (it's in the pic, 'Perfect Motor for 1/8th Buggy' :).

Yes, they are square can motors with great cooling features (fins and integrated 40mm fan mount). They will bolt directly to any Tekno RC V3 kit or can be used just about anywhere else (front mounted applications). Integrating the mount makes them lighter than any other mount/motor solution on the market. Large ABEC 5 bearings, as efficient and powerful as anything in the market specifically for buggies (i.e. 1512's, Castle, Tekin, Novak, Medusa etc.)

Neu is not manufacturing these for us and the design is different as well. We have worked with some other manufacturers to get these done without them costing $250. We also wanted to make sure that other dealers would be able to carry them at a decent cost to the consumer. Our Tekno Neu series will exist along side the Lektron series.

Hopefully just a few more weeks. We ran production samples at Silver State, so we're close.
