Did I make this harness correct? - 04.24.2009, 11:44 PM

I have two 2s 5000mah packs and want to run them as a single 4s 5000mah pack. Looking at the picture, is my harness correct? I ask because when I check the reading at the pack it is 7.4v and when I plug them both in and take a reading at the new plug, it is the same as one pack. Shouldn't it read 14.8v or close to it?

For a series connection you need to do the other one. It makes a triangle... You made a parallel.

Imagine you are adding cells to the existing pack. You'll need to keep the +/- thing going.
