Quark 125B and Spektrum DX2.0 - 06.23.2009, 04:57 PM

Hi guys.....I have a Quark 125B and a Spektrum DX2.0....

I never figured it out how to make brakes work properly....

Some one have had this kind of problem?

What happens:

When The car moves....its ok....but when need brake....if simply brake a little bit of time and loose the brakes....but its too fast......I have tried all configs possible.....all works great....i have MM and MMM's to test....and 2 more spektrums to test....all the same with quark.....

It sounds like you are actually running the ESC in reverse when you apply forward throttle. In reverse, the Quark brakes are VERY abrupt. But if you are REALLLLY gentle, you can get proportional brake, but it's still touchy. How do the brakes work when going in reverse? If reverse brakes work normally, then this is the problem.

If this is the case, reset throttle center to 0, and EPA settings to 100%. Make sure servo reversing is set to forward, and recalibrate the radio/ESC.

............do you know.......i did think about that once.......but I am not sure I checked if Thr is in reverse position........and this sounded logical......its woth to check again......

now the Quark is installed on traxxas stampede vxl with 2s x 4000mah lipo.....and it worked at first time......

I will post the result after the test....
