Wink Strobe Slipper Replacement Pads from UE - 02.02.2006, 01:49 AM

Hey GUys,
I was thinking of getting the 51 tooth ofna from mike with the bearing kit and all but he seems to have been out of the sprong for a while. Can I use the Strobe Slipper Replacement Pads from UE instead? Will it be just as god or should I just wait for the Sprong from mike? Does it do the same thing by the way? is it for the same purpose? THanks for the help guys. Just wondering beacuase my slippers on my stock Emaxx is starting to burn.. I can smell it sometimes. Im running a BL 9L by the way so I think I should just upgrade now before it burns out. Thanks again guys, Makana

The sprong is different from the slipper pads -- the sprong replaces the stock adjusting spring and makes it easier to adjust the slipper and keep it tight. The stock spring will still work with the strobe slipper, you can just order the sprong later. That's what I did.

Please tell me that's not smoke I see!
