MMM tuning for noobs? -
07.15.2009, 03:26 PM
Well I am looking at the castle link program on the computer, and have no idea what half of it means. Is anyone willing to either answer a whole arseload of questions, or point me to a source of info? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
-Matt

This will help with the main three that people tend to have questions on:

The other settings generally are quite well described from within the CLink program.

Well, I was given a pretty straight forward tip lol. Click the little question marks beside each setting. But what about throttle and brake curves?

I normally leave the throttle and brake curves alone. No real need to adjust them unless yo have weird startup or braking requirements.
Alot of Savage parts for sale!!!

All you really need are the lipo cutoff, timing, and fwd/reverse options the rest is easily adjusted from the radio

I also mess around with my drag break(which is the amount of breaking applied when off the throttle). As for LVC I just set it to the auto.
