A 1350mAh 3S Rhino powering a Velineon motor? Really? I'm hoping that capacity is a typo.

Yeah that doesnt sound right to me either. How much run time are you actually getting?

Great video! And really nice colors. What camera do you use?

It was a camera of my friend, I dunno which one he has. But the colors are made like that by editting it. I editted it with Adobe Premiere Pro CS3.

A 1350mAh 3S rhino didn't sound good to me either. But I thought I would just try it out. (A few months ago) And the LiPo didn't get above 90F, which is great I think? The runtime is something like 15-20 minutes. (That's long for a 1350mAh LiPo, isnt it?)

EDIT: Btw, it was my first movie made with Premiere Pro, so better editting of the next video will be for sure!

It's gotta be mismarked. There's no way that a Velineon motor is going to pull so little current that 1350mAh will last that long.

Well it definately is a Rhino 1350mAh 3S 30C LiPo. Yes, it's very very small. And as I said, it doesn't get above 80F, that's good isn't it? (After 15-20 minutes of running)

The Rustler does wheelies on EVERY speed and topspeed is 76 km/h (48mph) Measured with radar gun...

+1

I but Zippy 2650 MaH 3s packs because the 5000 MaH ones are always out of stock. I am very happy with the run time. No idea how long I get but its plenty as I have at least a quarter of the battery left(when I charge it on my onyx it shows how much MaH it put back into the pack).

btw I am also running this in my vxl slash and I will see how it does come this winter in racing in my 13.5 xxxt and my stock spec slash...I have high hopes for them.

As for the video, I am really impressed. Great camera work and I will as I think many people here, will be looking forward to your next video. Keep up the great work!

The 5000mAh 3S packs should be awesome for a long runtime! Maybe some Turnigys, they are in stock now IIRMC.

And another compliment, damn. Thanks! (I really didn't expected that)

Interesting, but I'd say pickup a ~4000-5000mah lipo of the same spec for future use.

Great trailer though, very very pro looking, like something you'd get on one of these DVDs featuring the r/c equivalent of bmx and skater stars.

In a few days I should get my Eagle Tree V3 Logger, I will do some measurements with it and post it.

Wow, thank you for the compliment. I really didn't expect such comments

To get 15 minutes on a 1350mAh pack, you'd have to be drawing an average of ~5A for the entire run and depleting 100% of the capacity. I'll have to see an Eagletree plot to believe it. The math just doesn't add up at all.

The Eagle Tree should come next week. I'll make a log and post it here on RCM
