MMM brushed ? - 07.19.2009, 04:11 PM

running my backup mmm v3 in my buddy's spare slash at the moment since my g-12c went up in flames. had the stock motor in it on the g-12c and a slovak 13.5 on the mmm, but the motor has been demagnetized or something cuase no-workie. my question is i want to run the stock traxxas 550 motor on the mmm but still use the reverse mode. just for playing basicly or letting a friend use it at the track. runs on tp 3200 40c 3s packs w/ 1/8 scale rims and tires. it should handle it right? just trying to avoid #1 sodering all three 8 gua wires to one tab and #2 chasing the car down when they get stuck instead of backing out.

lol, the MMM in brushed mode is probably stronger than just about any brushed ESC out there. 120A should cover it. And if you wired in high-power brushed mode, it would theoretically be rated for ~360A.
