Seems like a fair deal to me. He has perfect feedback and much of that feedback is from selling the fans you have linked too. Hard to say if the fans are of any quality, I guess you only find that out with time. I can't help but laugh at the long item description and bragging about a $5 fan.:032:

did you read the whole thing? his mate had one on his truck and thrashed the truck and the fan still goes, its not the fan that was on his truck but its one exactly like it. But it sounds like hes exaggerating it LOL. I thought it was funny cause he sounds so excited about a $5 fan lol

Type '40mm fan' into ebay and I guarantee you'll find the same fan for much much less....
