setup:
MMM/2650 (Newest firmware, 40% brake, 0 punch control, no curve's, auto lipo)
5000mah 35c 4s Elite
JR 9000T
direct drive
16/48
5/7/3
50 wt all around
holeshots

some pictures:

This is my first post here at RCM. I thought, what better way to introduce my self than showing off my favorite ride. Its a Factory Team from before the first service pack was available. I ran nitro for a short while and then went electric. I like the electric much better because I run here on my backyard track often and dont want to bug the neighbors.

Feel free to ask questions.. Glad to be part of such a knowledgeable community!

Hey Thanks! Tonights race made all 6 hours of prep time worth it. Finished 2nd in electric buggy at West Coast RC raceway! The buggy ran perfectly. Only a 7 minute main and 2 5 minute qualifiers.. What a great night. Im tired for now, and busy tomorrow, but eventually Ill look through my pictures and video and see what I can share...

=) Thanks guys.. The track is not AC'd but by the time I got there to race (6:30) it was pretty cool inside. They had a few big fans around. The track surface is some kind of clay and they didnt water it all night, and it had great traction.

Slimthelineman... Which one are you? I did meet Max Power, and a few others but not sure which one you are.

Its a great track, for a lot of reasons. One reason that stands out - electric only! Which means my wife and kids could come out and enjoy watching and hanging out. I will be back to race soon but not this friday. I am thinking 2 weeks or so. Its a 2 + hours drive for me. That said, I cant wait to get back!

Supposedly West Coast is about a half hour drive to 45mins for me, so I will have to show up for a race some time.

Nice looking buggy you got!

wednesday and friday at 7pm and from what i hear wednesday is supposed to be the big night. i usually go friday on the way home from work. they race sunday too i dont know what time. have no idea about the onroad schedule but you can practice on race days on the opposite track as long as you run 2.4.

good people and competitive racing, probably why i still am involved in this hobby after so many years
