I almost could buy 6 5000 mah 30c turnigys for that price. You really think you would notice a difference in power output? Just wondering.

maybe, maybe not, I have 4 sets of the turnigys right now that run pretty good in my other 2 revos. But I'm building a new revo that I what to be able to run 65mph in the grass or more without the lipos working to hard. I also have a set of those new Hyperion 3s G3 VX 35c 5000 coming this week. It will be nice to compare all three brand names.

I am running turnigy 2 6s 3300mah 30c in my g-maxx speed project hoping to hit 100mph on asphalt. 198 amps continues should be good but noway they would fit in an erevo batt compartment. Lets us know how the batts compare to each other after youve run them a a few times. It would be a good write up. Id be very interested for sure.

I am digging those TP4400-4SP45. If the measurements are exact, they would fit snug in the ERBE.

I'm guess you would be running a 8s setup in the erbe, what esc would you be using?

Either that, or the packs in parallel for 4s @ 8800mAh. Kind of a waste to have high C packs set up like that though...

I'm not sure what you mean Brian, the way I see it is ''Thunder power, 8800 mah and 396 A cont.'' would be equal to ''peace of mind, good runtime and lots of power''. Nice for a 20 minute main or more. For 5 minute qualifiers, I would go with the 5000 mah 2S packs in series.

No brain, no headaches.
