Batteries - 02.26.2006, 05:58 PM

Hey Guys,
Looking to get some informaiton on some batteries. I'm getting some batts for my brothers e-maxx.

14 cells w/ deans. He's running the Feigao 9L and 9920. Would like a best runtime possible but still want to know the powers there. Mostly for bashing but we may turn it into a race truck.

I'd also like to know because I'm thinking about the brushless revo all over again :027:

What would you suggest and why?

I've found these so far but not sure which is best to get. Last time I looked at buying battery's the GP3300's were the thing lol

GP3700
IB3800
IB4200
Elite 3600

Mike from CBP is saing the Elite 3600's have great specs. I can get them for $86.

But I pay almost double for the IB4200's which are only 600mah more.

Is it worth that 600mah?

Alex from boomboombatts isn't the biggest fan of them, i don't know if this malfunction of the IB4200 is already fixed.

I would take the IB3800's

the ib 3800 are great. I have had good luck withthem and the gp 3700. they have a little better performance than the gp 3300. I think the ib has better than the gp. I would choose one of them or lipo. Lipo is lighter with better voltage. I am worried that the ib 4200 may not have problem fixed yet and they are new batteries on market.

Peace!
