I have a couple used slipperentials..... But I am not planning to get rid of them any time soon. I doubt you will have a whole lot of luck on this one. I think most that get one like it enough that they aren't planning to get rid of it. Plus the nice thing is they are fairly universal so when I get a new kit I just move it from my old car to the new one.

Just bite the bullet and get a new one. Its a worth while investment IMO. Especially if you are racing. I love being able to tune a little slip on certain tracks.

BTW, which parts of the slipper needs replacement more often?
The Pressure Plate or Teflon Bushing or Slipper Pad?

The slipper pads seem to last forever. The only things I have replaced is Teflon bushings and gaskets when I do fluids and rebuilds.

I also had to replace the original outdrives fairly quickly bit now mike has new much harder outdrives that are showing virtually no wear so far.

Keep Teflon rings and gaskets on hand and you should be good to go.
