Help me identify these lipos!!!

I got these lipos in trade a few months ago. I now dont remember what he told me they were. I am pretty sure he said they are Maxamps 5s or 6s lipos but now am clueless.

Can anyone tell by visually looking at the balance tap or the sheer size of the pack? I am guessing not by the size as a 2s 8000 is probably the same size as a 5s 4000.

Thanks for any help! I dont have shrink wrap so I was hoping to not have to slice into the shrink to figure it out.

lol...there are pics in each of the auctions!

There are like 2-4 pics for each item so embedding them all into the thread would be a bit tedious when they are already being hosted in the auctions.

they have been reshrunked\shranked and could be anything. w/o opening them up and seeing what is printed on the individual cells you are screwed.

Ok thanks. Looks like the shrink is getting sliced. I hope they are decent cells so I can make some 2s/3s out of them or sell them and put the money toward some new lipos.

It is a 3s pack. By the looks of it might be a maxamps 3s2p pack. Maybe a 6000 or an 8000.

Cut the shrink to find a mint condition (physically) Maxamps 3s 8000 pack!

The other pack is actually an Elite 4800 4s 25c pack so not too bad either.

The guy I bought them from said the maxamps pack was only charged 3 times but the Elite pack was used over a dozen times. I bought way too much RC stuff at once and all of the info kind of blended together so I totally forgot what I had.

Any idea what these are worth? I have no use for 4s but am considering keeping the 3s.

I also have a brand new true rc 3200mah 4s 15c pack...I am just not sure how resale is on lipo's.

resale is horrible. Out of kindness and prosperity (I just won $20 on a scratch off!!) and since we are such good friends, I can hook you up!!! Now, I can't hold on to money, so it'll have to be today. I'll give you the whole $20 I won for both 4s packs. I'm serious!! I'm feeling generous!! (of course I'll have to eat yet tonight, and get some more scratch offs) So I should have like $16 after all that. For you!! If you hurry. I just got a slurpee so I've got $13 here for your lipos.

Just to make numbers look even let's do $10 shipped. Man, I shouldn't be blowing my money like this, but since we're such pals and you're as smart as you are (you have to be to be on RCM) and such a good guy I feel good about this transaction.

to answer your question, the elite and true rc packs are good packs. Unfortunately resale isn't great, look at hobbycity zippy prices and that's about what you can get.

IMO i would sell the maxamps pack and never look back. The old 2p packs are notoriously under rated. They sell well on e-bay and traxxas because of the 8000mah capacity. Newbs like big numbers. The "c" rating just isn't up to par.

The first two are okay, the MA not so much
