Stay away from this seller on Ebay

I won 2 auctions for a complete set of Losi 8ight Buggy 2.0 shocks F&R's and they guy waited 5 days befor shipping them and charged me almost 8.00 for Priority and sent items First Class.
I seen he didn't use payPal to print the label and I asked for a tracking #, he ignored my emails for a couple days till I aquired his personal info via ebay and asked him WTF is going on. His reply was "Items were sent First Class" with no apology or explanation. Now I have to wonder if items will be as described ?
I know these are the chances one takes buying on Fleabay, Seller has a decent FB score and turned out to be a DOUCHE BAG. Hope your seeing this Ken, you dick hole.

that pisses me off too, and unfortunately seems to be more the norm lately. ebay, as well as forums to buy/sell (runryder, RCG, helifreak, etc.). i probably bought 20 things in the past month, from $30 receivers to a $600 heli... probably 90% didn't bother to communicate at all after they got their money. luckily i got my stuff, but i was really sweating it on a few of them.

Sorry man that sucks, thanks for the heads up. I had that happen to me a while back, bought a bunch of parts from one of these chop shop type places and the shipping was more than the parts. When I left him positive feedback but mentioned that the shipping should be combined he stroked out. Even tried to leave me a nasty feedback, but fortunately the new policy had started that buyers can't be left negative feedback. And he is no longer on ebay or I would have done the same thing as you. Same thing will happen to this douche, no one will want to deal with him.

I hear ya, I sell A LOT on Ebay. I do my own thing and run the Ebay store for my buddys LHS and I kiss ass through email doing everything humanly possible to keep customers happy and informed out of consideration. Even the morons that ask the dumbest questions get nice cheery replys while I'm thinking how I'd like to kick their head because their soo freakin stupid.
It seems the more Ebay changes it makes it harder on the sellers to make a buck, then fewer of them give a rats ass anymore. Ebays biggest mistake was taking the ability for sellers to leave Neg FB for buyers ! Ever since then I've had more dam unpaid buyers, then you have to jump through a hoop to get the credit and all the buyer gets is a remark on their feedback that doesn't even show to warm other potental sellers ????
This guy mentioned above has FB score of just under 700, you'd think he still has something to worry about getting a Neg FB, it'll hurt and look like shizz on his score. Aparently he's unconcerned, well see how he changes his tune if no partial refund is offered or refuses anymore communication ?

Funny, on the auction page it says "PRIORITY" and charged me $7.49 for first class. He's in IL so I know it would have cost only 3.00 and change for FC and 4.80 for Priority and he still would have made a couple bucks, what a rump plugger.

"When I purchased those shocks there are certain things to be expected, Priority shipping was one of them. Now you've compromised my RC build because the item will arrive way later than advertised. You made plenty of profit of the shocks not to ship them priority not to mention the $7.49. I happily paid the excessive amount for those items and the shipping because I needed them pronto, not a week later.

Your attitude is a little to care free for my tastes when it come to keeping customers happy, the "o-well" attitude doesn't fly.
You haven't made the first attempt of a apology, that speaks volumes, you flat out don't give damn.

Unfortuantely for you, I have 2 ebay accounts and sell hundreds of items a month between them, I know damn well what it cost to send those shocks FC and Priority, you just got greedy.

What's funny about the usps is if I order something fom amain or losipartshouse I get the items in the same time whether it's priority or first class. If I order on Sunday I always get my order on Wednesday, first class or priority.

its not like the usps truck will move slower with first class.. its just not "priority mail" so id think the only difference is handling time.

if they arent heavily backed up everything goes on the truck at the same time

And i thought i was crying about hotbodies charging me $7.23 for shipping for a wing. I ordered those 9 dollar diffs they had in the garage sale but they were out and they just refunded theprice for the diffs and sent the wing, if i had knew they were no longer available i would have not ordered the wing. i get a big box with a magazine and some sticker sheets.

He refunded shipping or refused the sale? I thought he already shipped the parts?

He supposedly did ship them, he says "I put a halt on delivery" I never heard of this let alone for FC shipping, aint no way USPS will do that ??
Now that he's refunded me if I still get the shocks he's SOL !
He's relisted them, maybe the lying A-hole never sent them ? They were supposedly in the mail almost 2 days when we started argueing.

You need to forward his message to ebay as recouping fees is strictly forbidden through shipping charges.
