Great Service - 03.26.2010, 04:36 PM

Figured it was only fair to start this thread, the last time I started a thread here it was to complain about how long it took to get a MM replaced through Castle warranty service. This was way back when the MMM was first introduced and Castle was swamped with those issues and was out of stock on the MM I needed. It took over two months to get it replaced and I was ticked.

Last weekend my son's MMM died, out of the blue the throttle just stopped responding. I shipped it out Tues morning and Thursday got emails confirming it had arrived at Castle. Today (Friday) I just received an email with tracking info on the ESC already being returned to us.

This is the kind of great service I had seen from Castle in the past and since I started a thread to gripe when I was not happy I feel it only fair to start a thread to give Castle praise when they do things right. So my hat is off to Patrick and the rest of the Castle team!!!! Thanks once again for the GREAT service!!!

I was going to start a thread on almost the same thing.

I have been out of the hobby for about a year, and had bought a V2 MMM directly through Castle the week they were released. Took it out of the package to drool at it, but never used it.

Fast forward to now, did some research, sent my V2 MMM in for upgrade. Sent it from BC Canada and about a week after I shipped it out, I have already got an email from Castle saying that the new version has already been shipped out to me!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Castle for their awesome support in this hobby. Companies like this make this hobby much more enjoyable!

Quick question. If I send it a MMM for a non-warranty repair(70$) do I get 12 month warranty on the new one? I'm thinking yes since it's a brand new unit. Just need confirmation.
