Time to build something new.... - 09.26.2010, 07:38 PM

With 3 incredibly fast road cars, it is time to go off road. I ran the dust out of my Tamiya Sand Viper last night and discovered again the fun of rear wheeled fun ripping through the grass. Need some suggestions...purely bashing...no racing for me.

4x4 Slash or go big and get a XXL/LST2

I retired from RC, now life is all about guns and long range shooting.

Go build a big house. Have you ever considered a crawler? They are quite fun even though they're on the opposite side of the velocity spectrum.

BAJA 5B SS kit. It aint cheap but they sure look like a ton of fun to play with. Plus you get to chose your own power plant. The hop ups available are endless these days. You can either run it stock or dump a few grand into your project and end up with something incredibly facinating. Good luck with your build.

It is a sickness Jerry! The cybermaxx is getting a tekno neu to replace the kb45 I fried in it and one of Mike's universal center diffs. That is next on the list to build, I have the parts I just need the time.

The laptop is all fubar'ed with std's and viruses, but it's still letting me post on RCM!!

I'll get some new pics up tomorrow with my latest 5b stuff, it's beastly!

Get an LST2/XXL roller & convert it. It won't just run circles around your neighbors E-maxx...it will demolish it. I have a LST2 with MMM/1520 1y & it's a beast.
