That's pretty good, especially considering that you could remove even more weight!

i do really agree ,what kind of wheels and tires do you guys suggest and will the single speed from gorilla maxx fit into this? the chassis is from extreme racing company any suggestions are welcome and thanks!! can four shocks handle it? what kind of spring ? can i just remove the other four shocks ( i'm currently using big bore shocks) and get a different spring if so where? ( any link?) and links for the tires and wheels as well by the way with the chassis it is 1 inch longer than the stock

really nice truck! yes, metalman is correct. removing 4 shocks, different rims and tires, shifting servo and or single speed conv. could make this truck really light.

I've got that chassis too luvsrc, it really does handle very well. Definately loose 4 shocks, and get the single speed conversion. It'll make it handle even better.

the team orion lipos are everyworth of money, the punch is amazing and the power delivery is a lot smoother than any sub c cells i've used, temps on the whole system motor 108F, controller 104 F, lipos are only 88F , i did run it for about 8 minutes and i know that i can get more run time but the hacker speed controller has no built in cut off voltage can anyone give me a link and info on how to set up a cut off device? it has an actual voltage of 8.26 volts per pack before i started running it. for a total of 16.52 volts, after running it for 8 minutes it still has a total voltage of 15.44 volts amazing!!! can't wait to kick off and eat any nitro on the race track!!!

You can use this device as a cutoff:
http://66.241.195.91/lithium/lithium.asp?path1=lithium
It connects to the full voltage of both batteries, and goes inbetween the receiver and the controller's receiver wire.

metalman, what kind of pulse does it give off? a weak or strong motor pulse? if its a weak pulse i would be concerned about not noticing. should this really be a concern?

I don't know. I would imagine that if it would be noticable to a guy flying an airplane, then it should be noticable on a car. But, let's do wait to hear what Dafni says about it.
