Spektrum Receiver/Telemetry. Used but could pass for new.
 Associated 2.4 Radio and receiver, works perfect and is in excellent condition ! Excellent radio system for the price !  The receiver is tiny ! Pictured with spektrum SR300 for scale

That is a tiny receiver, I am surprised you can even hold it with your fat hairy fingers.... But I guess you are used to holding small stuff in your hands!!!
