I know the big rave with beefing up the CRT .5's suspension with Jato shocks up front and 1/8th buggy fronts for the rear. I personally have done it on my CRT .5. But i was wondering if anyone has done it with their Hyper 10TT?
My track is setup for 1/10th with big jumps and my LHS is a big 1/10 - 1/8th track with big jumps. I've found myself over shooting a couple jumps ( Damn 3s!) and slapping chassis every now and then, but i just don't feel like the supsesion is real dialed
If no one has done this, are the stock shocks ok? what is a good oil setup for them? i bought it second hand and havent gone through them yet because the P.O just had.
Imo...I would also do the jato/ 1/8 shock set up. I had a crt.5 and now have a Ten T with the same set up and it is perfect. Running pink jato springs w/30wt in front and buggy fronts in rear...RC8, stock springs w/30 wt
