E-maxx done

Thanks to everyone for their help and suggestions. I have finally completed my project and will post the pictures soon. Everyone talks about wheelies but it is actually a bit hard for me cause my tires just spin with no traction.

nice, im looking forward the to pics! well to me, for a stock e-maxx i wouldn't want wheelies, I messed up my body because i geared down my pinion and wheelied like mad! Lowered her and she has nice traction , steering and less damage to my body.

I was browsing through the forum today and noticed a post that stated if the diffs were facing the wrong direction, it would hinder the performance. ex. the screw heads are on the left side when facing the truck to the front or back. I wanted someone to verify this because my diffs are facing the opposite side.

I think I noticed the truck having lmore when I reversed at half throttle than going forward...maybe it's mental. Someone chime in please. Thanks

If I understand you correct, it's not a problem. As a matter of fact, the T-maxx has the diffs the exact opposite as the E-maxx from the factory. I think what your talking about was because it was a brushed setup. I actually think that was one of my questions about a year ago. But with brushless, it doesn't matter since they don't have a particular direction they like to spin unlike brushed motors.

i went ahead and switched them but it didn't make a difference.....but thanks anyway

If you run it backward with brushed you run the motors backwards. That is the reason for that. No worries with brushless.
