Nomadio has done it again!! - 09.20.2006, 11:14 PM

Nomadio has done it again with there new "React" radio. Its got all the goodies of the Sensor with a cheap price tag. The big plus is that it has the telemtry as well. It looks like the old Multiplex radios. I think that this is probably the best radio for the money...

Yup. That is the radio I was gonna get about a year ago. Do you think that Nomadio owns Multiplex? Or visa-versa...

Multiplex was purchased by Hi-Tec RCD a few years ago. Based on what I've read, all that's happening is Multiplex is supplying the housings for Nomadio. I like the look a lot. I also prefer the color combo that Nomadio is using over the old Profi-Car. ;)

I remember seeing that design with the Multiplex radio, just didn't know that it was made by them. I agree too though, the all black looks nice, and $300 is do-able for most I'd bet.

Joe has one, and so does Mike. The Sensor actually has less features than the React. I personally like the looks of the React. I always have liked the Multiplex radios...(same case...)

The really do work well, but the React is cheaper and has more features. It also has more memory, can be charged by USB (I think), a few other features the Sensor doesn't have. The doesn't talk to you though...

me and my sensor got into a fight the other day. it was telling me my battery was low so we started arguing. anyway the react definitly looks cool. im liking the features but i just cant see anything being more comfortable than the sensor.
