I got a new toy -
09.21.2006, 12:47 AM
First off sorry i dont have pics, i dont have a camera. I traded my BL gmaxx for a brand new sealed in the box LST2. My buddy got it from losi eailer this year. He took pics at the LOSI championship race eairler this year in tampa & they sent him the LST2 as payment for the pics he took. It's been sitting in his house for several months. We got to talking & a deal was struck. This truck is a beast :005: .

Sorry for the late repliy :005: . I hear those problems with the LST1 have been addressed in the LST2. They now come with aluminum diff casses, stronger axels. I found a forum called http://lstforums.com/forums They have alot of great info on the LST2.

The LST2 looks like an awesome truck. I'd love to have one......maybe next year?

Yeah, with their aluminum diffhousings and CVD's they seem to be pretty tough.. A nice basher.. But i guess that traxxas will enlight our hobby with a new electric monster next year Procharged.. (i have got the right to hope, right!?)

I think Traxxas will release something new (maybe even more than one!).
- Could be an E-Revo (or REVOE?) That would require a new chassis and probably a new trans.
- Could be a freshened up e-maxx w/grey parts & 3.3 series drive shafts, etc. That with a more stout titan 550 and a chassis that could accept 7-cell packs would be a decent upgrade. The e-maxx needs a longer chassis!
- Could be a Mini-Maxx to compete w/ Losi Mini LST, X-Ray M18, Associated Mini, etc.
I would like to see one though. As awesome as the e-maxx is it is a bit "long-in-the-tooth" so to speak. It's ready for a "3.3" treatment like all the other models have received (Jato, T-Maxx, Stampede, Rustler)
