9918 problems - 09.24.2006, 09:54 PM

Recently my brushless car was violently snatching and jerking.I wiggled the wires and traced it back to my 9918 controller.First I made sure the red jumper was still in place,it was.Just to cover all the bases I tried to reprogram it.While following the directions, the beeps should be 5 seconds apart,I timed my beeps at 35 seconds apart.Once completed...still jerking. At this point I took the controller from one of my other cars and it work perfectly. This is an onroad sedan with no recent wreaks or crashes,4 cell lipo, nothing crazy or expermental going on.How should I go about handling my failed 9918? Thanks in advance.
